This truly is 'one from the vaults' - my wholesaler has unearthed some treasures that must have been at the back of the warehouse for years! Hence the great discount price that I am passing on directly to YOU!

A minimal pattern in browns and greys, with the colours running selvedge to selvedge across the fabric, 'Land' is from the SL Collection by Momen House. It would be a useful patchwork fabric, which could be fussy cut in various directions, and it would make an unusual clothing print too.

To give an idea of the scale, the first photo shows a detail approx. 8in wide while the second photo shows the full width of the fabric.

This fabric makes an interesting coordinate for my sashiko panels, and the colours can be matched from my extensive range of sashiko threads. 

I don't think it will be around long at this price.
