This selection of Japanese sashiko and kogin books are easy to follow for people who can't read Japanese, with clear diagrams and patterns, ideal if you want to expand your stitching repertoire.
To 'read' Japanese text, I recommend using the Google Translate phone app in 'scan' mode, which auto translates the text.
