Tim Holtz's fabrics have a wonderfully 'grungy', distressed appearance, making them a great choice for contemporary boro inspired stitching, as well as patchwork, quilting, wearables etc. and many of them are excellent additions to a  'Japanese taupe' patchwork palette.
