Medium mercerised sashiko thread 100m skein, shade #306 'Doll's Festival' (first photo)- dyed with 6 colours!  One of four new rainbow colours. Suitable for all your sashiko and boro stitching.  May be used double or singly.

The manufacturer says - 'The color is inspired by the Doll's Festival (Hina Matsuri), a festival to pray for the happiness of girls. With its gorgeous and clear colors, you can create a festive atmosphere by embroidering it in a flower pattern to resemble peach blossoms or for celebrations.'
 
Please note - this mercerised thread feels slightly smoother and thinner than the non-mercerised 20m sashiko thread. It is less likely to 'shred' or go slightly fluffy when stitching.
