'First Snow' is a range based on the paintings of Iosif Derecichei, a Romanian artist who has worked in Canada for over 20 years. Every brushstroke is beautifully captured in this collection from Northcott fabrics. This listing is for the fabric in the first photo, a paint texture inspired by late autumn foliage. The digitally printed patchwork fabrics really show off his paintings, and would look superb in a patchwork with the other fabrics and panels in the collection (photos 2 - 7), to coordinate with sashiko, or to add printed texture to other projects.
