In the Beginning is a family run fabric design business based in Seattle, USA, founded by Sharon Yenter and now run by her son, fabric designer Jason Yenter. Many of their fabrics are digitally printed, giving a fabulous watercolour look to the prints. I love Jason's intense colour palettes and translucent, shimmering designs, which I first discovered when looking for a 'statement' fabric for a Japanese inspired quilt.
