Jason Yenter's 'Halcyon II' collection is full of digitally printed jewel-like colours, so you get all the depth and variation of colour like a batik, but on a fabric base that isn't too tightly woven for hand quilting. This elegant abstract design has splashes of multi colours on a black background. It would be great for clothing as well as patchwork, or to go with a sashiko panel.I managed to grab a few other designs from this range before they became impossible to get via the wholesalers, so check them out, and the saturated colours coordinate very well with other Jason Yenter fabrics.
