Designed by Kaffe Fassett for the KFC (Kaffe Fassett Collective,) produced by Free Spirit fabrics, 'Marble Scallops' is a colourful print inspired by marbled papers. This is the green colourway, with hints of many other colours.
 
Printed on patchwork weight cotton, this fabric makes an ideal coordinate for my sashiko panels, and the colours can be matched from my extensive range of sashiko threads. Free Spirit fabrics are printed on a 68 count cotton rather than the 60 count used for many other brands, meaning they are slightly finer than many patchwork fabrics and are also suitable for making clothing.
