Designed by Kaffe Fassett for the KFC (Kaffe Fassett Collective,) produced by Free Spirit fabrics, 'Roman Glass' is has become probably one of the best known of the KFC's 'Classics', having been in production now for over 20 years, with many new colourways introduced. This is the leafy green colourway, with flashes of many other colours in the glass dots.
 
Printed on patchwork weight cotton, this fabric makes an ideal coordinate for my sashiko panels, and the colours can be matched from my extensive range of sashiko threads. Free Spirit fabrics are printed on a 68 count cotton rather than the 60 count used for many other brands, meaning they are slightly finer than many patchwork fabrics and are also suitable for making clothing.
