Medium mercerised sashiko thread 100m skein, shade #101 antique white. Suitable for all your sashiko and boro stitching. May be used double or singly.
Please note - this mercerised thread feels slightly smoother and thinner than the non-mercerised 20m sashiko thread. It is less likely to 'shred' or go slightly fluffy when stitching. The white shade 101 is a soft, 'antique' white, not the bright white of the 20m white shade 01 sashiko thread. The cream shade 102 is also a slightly different colour from the 20m cream shade 02.
Ideal with for my printed sashiko panels.
Sashiko needles - use either Olympus Thread Mfg. Co.sashiko needles 2 pack or 4 pack.
Available in 14 beautiful solid colours, plus 'bokashi' (shading to white) and varigated multicolours.
