Shima Momen is a beautiful woven pinstripe fabric from Olympus Thread Mfg. Co., excellent for sashiko (incorporate the stripe into your design), patchwork, bag making and other projects. The weave is loose enough to easily stitch sashiko with fine or medium sashiko threads. Woven with a striped coloured warp. Ideal for wearables, boro style patchwork, cushion borders, or sashing, borders and bindings for quilts - anywhere you want a top quality stripe. The stripes are approx. 5mm wide.
