'Winter Chill' is the latest Japanese indigo shibori tie dye themed collection by Debbie Maddy. She creates her own stitched shibori designs inspired by nature and traditional shibori designs - and the result is just magical! Combine that with Moda's high quality printing, and these fabrics would be easily mistaken for real shibori at first glance, and as faux shibori, the colour and print detail is excellent. There's plenty of variety too, but the number of prints in the whole collection (which I have got in stock - as of 14th August 2025) mean I can't show them all on one page, so I've included all the precuts on this page, plus a graphic giving an overview of the collection. There are mid indigo and white versions of the prints as well. This listing is for the 5in charm pack in the first photo - forty two 5in (12.7cm) squares. The range includes several snowflake prints, so it makes a great alternative to more traditional winter patchwork collections.

These fabrics will be a great addition for your patchwork, dressmaking, boro, home dec and other projects where you want a touch of shibori style. They also coordinate very well with Debbie's previous Japanese inspired Moda ranges. Patchwork weight cotton.
