Designed by Kaffe Fassett for the KFC (Kaffe Fassett Collective,) produced by Free Spirit fabrics, 'Nets' is bold mesh design, giving the optical illusion of an undulating net, in black and white. It is a bold coordinate that would work well with many patchwork prints, as well as other fabrics from the KFC, especially other black and white fabrics.
 
Printed on patchwork weight cotton, this fabric would be a fun coordinate for my sashiko panels, and the bright white can be matched from my extensive range of sashiko threads. Free Spirit fabrics are printed on a 68 count cotton rather than the 60 count used for many other brands, meaning they are slightly finer than many patchwork fabrics and are also suitable for making clothing.
