'Byzantine' by graphic designer Kelli May-Krentz for FreeSprit combines delicate line drawing with my favourite chartreuse and turquoise colours in a retro floral fantasy. They remind me of some 1960s ceramic transfer designs, and would give any project a fab retro style. I have five prints from this range,

Printed on patchwork weight cotton. Free Spirit fabrics are printed on a 68 count cotton rather than the 60 count used for many other brands, meaning they are slightly finer than many patchwork fabrics and are also suitable for making clothing.
