This coordinated combination of 100m sashiko threads includes #114 brown, #137 kohaku amber, and #140 shidori (purple bird). The colours are inspired by a favourite shirt from Japanese clothing store Sou Sou Kyoto, with huge shibori tie dyed dots on a dark purplish brown background. There's a 5% discount off this bundle too. Please note - this mercerised thread feels slightly thinner than the 20m sashiko thread, which is non mercerised and feels a little fluffy by comparison. For all your sashiko, boro inspired stitching, big stitch hand quilting, creative embroidery etc.
Ideal with the Olympus Thread Mfg. Co. printed sashiko panels. One panel requires one skein of thread approx. if used singly, more if used doubled.
NB - thread labels are now white. Previously, this range had dark blue labels. It is the same thread.
