The pretty 'Leaf' design from Denim & Daisies by Fig Tree & Co. for Moda' is my favourite pattern from that collection. This listing is for the butterscotch orange colourway, a real 'Cheddar' orange print (first photo). I liked it so much, I also have it in blue on white ('stonewash') and in dark blue ('midnight'), with a couple of other designs from the same collection. It would add a mid C19th style to any patchwork project. 'Cheddar' oranges are particularly seen in antique American quilts as a main colour, but also used as a highlight in antique British patchwork. I'm passing my wholesaler's discount directly on to you.
Printed on patchwork weight cotton, these fabrics would be lovely for dressmaking, and make an ideal coordinate for my sashiko panels - the colours can be matched from my extensive range of sashiko threads.
