Jason Yenter's 'Elysian' collection takes it's inspiration from the Elysian Fields of Greek mythology, but with this print he has scored a big hit for all us fans of Celtic design - triskeles, in deep purples! The jewel like colours are digitally printed, so you get all the depth and variation of colour like a batik, but on a fabric base that isn't too tightly woven for hand quilting. It would be great for clothing as well as a patchwork coordinate, or to go with a sashiko panel.I managed to grab a few other designs from this range before they became impossible to get via the wholesalers, so check them out too.107cm (42in) wide (approx).
