KOGIN XL 'lucky bag' - 'Autumn colours' - on 20 count linen
Do you know the Japanese New Year sale tradition of the Lucky Bag? You get a great value discounted selection of goodies, but you can't look inside the bag first - it's a mystery. Lucky bags may be themed by products (stationery, accessories, makeup etc.) and are sold by stores in the New Year sales.
My lucky bags are themed by technique (sashiko, kogin etc.) and/or a keyword or phrase, such as 'wintertime', 'golden' or 'Japanese New Year' to give you a clue as to the products and colour themes of each bag. This kogin 'lucky bag' has at least £26 standard retail value of goods with a 20% discount on each 'bag'. Kogin bags will contain fabric and threads all colour coordinated on the theme and chosen individually by me.
'Autumn colours' - this selection includes soft, natural thread shades (colours similar to natural dyes) and a 'fat quarter' (45/46 x 50cm) piece of 100% linen 20 count kogin fabric (there are other lucky bags with 18 count cotton fabric) in mustard yellow, plus four skeins of kogin thread (which may include shaded threads). A 'fat quarter' of 20 count kogin fabric usually costs £14, plain kogin threads £3 and shaded kogin threads £3.85 when purchased individually.
'Autumn colours' - although the autumn leaves are gone, I still love these shades.
NB - kogin needles are not included in this bag and may be purchased separately.
