I'm packing the quilts for my trip today - I hope I can fit them all in my suitcase, plus everything else I need! 'Chinese Pavilions' was made for an exhibition of Chinese art at the Royal International Pavilion, Llangollen, around 10 years ago. I'll have to check the label on the back for the exact date. It has a Chinese poem printed onto fabric at the bottom right. It is a version of my Japanese Circles and Squares block pattern and is a quilt that could be made by a beginner, with a little care, plus it works with metric measurements really well.
